Sadly, I had an unpleasant experience this afternoon at the Hydra Clinic due to the inattentiveness of their receptionist today to the service I intent to receive from them. I arrived at 3:30 pm and she mentioned that the next available slot would be at 5:00 pm. I said, it’s okay and even requested for an additional foot massage while I was waiting for my 5:00 pm slot. Upon finishing my massage, the receptionist asked me to go straight to the cashier. I then asked her, can I pay after my next service for facial? and she said Ma’am, you come back tomorrow at 10:00 am. It was ridiculous to hear it after getting an assurance to have my facial service at 5:00 pm. It was my first time and was hopeful to have the same wonderful experience as what I’ve been reading in the reviews. However, it turned out to be the opposite or maybe I wasn’t just as lucky as the others at that moment.

One of the best skin clinics I’ve ever gone to. Treatments I did were great, doctor was knowledgeable, and staff was really warm and friendly. Will be back!
