DON'TS
DO'S & DON'TS
Inspect the new transducer thoroughly.
If there is any defect on the membrane
of the new transducer, please report to a
Merz Aesthetics personnel or any of our
distribution partners. We will consider it
as an out-of-box failure.
Do not drop the transducer onto the
floor or on hard surfaces, as this could
damage the transducer's mechanism
and membrane.
Use aqueous ultrasound gel only, as
other lubricants or lotions, particularly
mineral oils, could damage transducer
and membrane.
Refrain from applying ultrasound gel
directly to the membrane as it may
damage both the transducer and
membrane.
When cleaning the transducer, use a
standard 70% isopropyl alcohol prep
pad to remove any residual ultrasound
gel from the membrane. Avoid using
acetone or other solvents, as they may
damage the membrane.
Avoid using hard or sharp objects,
including fingernails, to scratch the
membrane, as this may cause damage.
Handle and store the transducer with
care. Before placing it back in the cart
compartment, make sure it is free of
any debris.
Do not submerge the transducer in
any liquid.
Disclaimer: Every effort has been made to ensure the transducers are highly durable. Damage caused by the following conditions will not be compensated or covered by warranty.
